Covid-19 Winter Plan that bubbles can be widened when the national lockdown ends on December 2.Couples with children under the age of one will be allowed to form a support bubble with another whole household.The same rule applies if you have a child under five that needs care for a disability.A bubble is defined by the Government as a group of people with whom you have close physical contact.The aim is to help people who've been cut off from friends and family.Previously, just single adults living alone - or single parents whose children are under 18 - could form a support bubble with one other household.Boris Johnson announced his new Covid winter plans while addressing the House of Commons on Monday afternoon.The Prime Minister confirmed.
