But as things hotten up, many people up and down the country may be planning on jetting off to enjoy a much needed break overseas. Music fans across the globe were wowed by some of the biggest names in the industry as Glastonbury Festival returned over the weekend.

Glastonbury Festival is already into its third day with founder Michael Eavis promising music lovers that this year's line up would be the "best show in town". The iconic festival, which runs from June 22 to June 26 has made its long awaited return after it was cancelled in 2020 and 2021 due to the pandemic. However, although Michael has managed to attract almost all of his big names back one headline act who appears on the official line-up will not be appearing after originally agreeing to hit the Pyramid Stage in 2020.

Bastille played a secret set at Glastonbury 2022 tonight (June 23), backed by the 10-piece brass band Ol’ Dirty Brasstards.The band were the surprise guests on the William’s Green stage and performed after festival founder Michael Eavis’ traditional covers set.“Tonight we are Brasstille and the Brasstards… or something,” Bastille frontman Dan Smith joked as the expanded band took to the stage.
