UK Government’s Rail Accident Investigation Branch have been published today. It confirms the Aberdeen to Glasgow Queen Street service, which derailed 1.4 miles north-east of Carmont, Aberdeenshire at 9.40am on Wednesday, had struck a landslip as it tried to return to the Granite City.
