Stephen Colbert went live after President Biden's address to Congress on Wednesday, where he spoke of his administration's first 100 days in office.

The late-night host acknowledged that Biden was the first President to deliver the speech in front of a mask-wearing audience, though because of social distancing, the audience was "way smaller" than usual.

He noted that the U.S. Capitol holds 1600, but the event was pared down to 200. "Still, more than watched the Oscars," joked Colbert.

He noted that Biden "came in and did a couple of fist bumps" before launching into his speech "with most Americans on his side." The Late Show then brought up a graphic from a Haribo Gummy Worms poll, visualizing a 58 percent approval rating.
