Simon Cowell
Simon Phillip Cowell (born 7 October 1959) is an English television personality, businessman and record executive. He has judged on the British television talent competition series Pop Idol (2001–2003), The X Factor (2004–2010, 2014–present) and Britain's Got Talent (2007–present), and the American television talent competition series American Idol (2002–2010), The X Factor (2011–2013), and America's Got Talent (2016–present). SIMON Cowell "will be back on his feet in three weeks" and WILL make the Britain's Got Talent final in London in October. The TV boss, 60, is in hospital recovering after breaking three vertebrae by falling off a new electric bicycle.

Simon was required to have six hours of surgery and a mental rod put in his back - but doctors say it was a miracle he didn't suffer any life-changing injuries.

This means he might be able to return to his flagship shows America's and Britain's Got Talent, if his recovery goes well. A source told the Daily Mail: "He is actually healthier than he ever has been, which is why he was trying out the electric bike in the first place. "He is, at least, in great shape to recover from it.
