The 48-year-old's ' dinner ' was actually an elaborate illusion cake - so rather than savory mashed potatoes, turnip and haggis, the family tucked into chocolate and vanilla sponge with buttercream filling.
The cake took the mum-of-four two days to make and she even managed to fool two of her kids Callum, 15 and Shay, 17, into thinking it was the real deal.
