Scot left fuming after dog shreds passport less than 24-hours before holiday

The apprentice joiner had left the passport on top of a set of drawers believing it would be out of reach from Alfie, his seven-month cocker spaniel.
But somehow the naughty pup managed to get his paws on the passport and shredded it to pieces. The teen had been planning on jetting off to Alicante, Spain, at 6:45pm on Thursday, August 12.But the gutted holidaymaker was turned down for an emergency appointment by the Glasgow Passport Office and Derren has now re-booked his getaway for the end of the month.Pictures shared by Derren show his passport torn up into several pieces on the floor, followed by an image.
