manchestereveningnews.co.ukSalford Red Devils have come to the aid of a local amateur club after its equipment was destroyed by thugs. Local outfit Salford City Roosters were left devastated after a container storing a number of items was set on fire.
A video posted by the club showed tackle pads and other equipment burnt and ruined, leaving the club without vital items for future training sessions.
But the Red Devils rushed to the rescue after putting together a package of items free for the local club to pick up. Taking to social media, the Red Devils posted a picture of various pieces of equipment, including post pads, which were free for the Roosters to come and pick up.
