Irish rugby pro Sean O’Brien has shown his appreciation for nurses on the frontline with an incredibly generous gesture. The Carlow native, who plays for the London Irish team, has given up his Dublin home rent-free to two nurses in need of temporary accommodation.
One of the nurses, Lydia Caslin, took to Instagram on Thursday to thank the sports star for his kindness during what is an incredibly difficult period for everyone. ‘Myself and @alannahmariaxo just want to give @seanobrien678 a huge shoutout for loaning us his house rent free during this pandemic,’ she wrote. ‘We are staff nurses working together in Dublin.
