Rolling Stones drummer Charlie Watts once shocked Scots sports fans after he turned up in Edinburgh to watch the cricket. Megastar Charlie passed away at the age of 80 today in hospital surrounded by his family.
He has been remembered fondly by cricketers who recalled him turning up at The Grange Cricket Club in Edinburgh just hours after wowing the crowds at Murrayfield with his band in June 2018.
