The boss of a city centre restaurant has spoken of his "despair" as a new set of roadworks landed outside his venue which he says makes Netflix drama Squid Games look easier to navigate.
David Fox, who runs the Tampopo group of restaurants, couldn't believe it when he saw the hoardings go up in front of his venue closing off the main road around Albert Square.
