Residents build wheelie bin blockade to stop parents on school run parking outside homes

dailyrecord.co.ukfamilies doing the school run and parking on their quiet road have decided to restrict access by building a giant bin blockade.
Residents living in the secluded cul-de-sac obstructed the road with wheelie bins so that drivers could not pass, reporting that they were fed up of cars settling outside the front of their homes.
The group of individuals in question, who live in North East Lincolnshire, said that they'd 'had enough' of being blocked from vacating their homes and held the peaceful protest on June 28, according to The Mirror.
The street backs out onto an emergency access gate for Cleethorpes Academy, which the school repurposed as a second entrance during the height of the coronavirus pandemic.The school reported that it had opened.
