Recovery workers remove car from tracks at Stirling Station after bizarre crash

Stirling train station earlier today. The driver of the black Renault somehow managed to end up leaving their vehicle sitting across the tracks on the busy railway line at around 12.17pm on Wednesday.

Thankfully nobody was seriously injured. However because of power lines, getting the vehicle off the tracks is a time-consuming job due to safety concerns.

Services between Glasgow Queen Street and Alloa have temporarily been suspended while trains going from Edinburgh to Dunblane will terminate and start back further down the line at Camelon.
