'Reckless' Kelpies daredevil spotted climbing on nose of famous Falkirk structure

dailyrecord.co.uka probe after a 'reckless' daredevil was spotted on the nose of the famous Kelpies sculpture. The man was yesterday seen by a member of the public high on the face of one of the Andy Scott's horses near Falkirk.
At their highest point, the sculptures tower 100 feet above the ground and falling would cause near certain death.
