Champions League away trip in a decade after the club confirmed dates for their showdown with Malmo or HJK Helsinki. Steven Gerrard’s men travel away from home for the first leg on August 3 with the game kicking off at 7pm local time (6pm Sweden; 5pm Finland).
But Rangers have told supporters there will be no away tickets available for the match as they look to move a step closer to the lucrative group stage.
The return leg will take place at Ibrox seven days later with that second leg kicking off at 8pm on August 10 when a full house could be inside to roar on Gerrard’s champions.
If Malmo progress it would mean a return to Sweden for Ibrox stopper Filip Helander who has returned after his Euro 2020 exploits.
