According to new legal documents obtained by The Blast, Rachael and Daniel have decided to share joint custody of their two kids – daughter Charlotte, 7, and son Theodore, 5. “The parties shall have joint legal custody of their minor children, The parties shall share joint physical custody of their minor children,” the documents state.
