Gordon Ramsay was slammed by the Provost of Falkirk after he called the town a s***hole on TV, and urged to apologise for the 'foul-mouthed statement'.The celeb chef trashed Falkirk on an episode of his new BBC One quiz Bank Balance, with some locals claiming he owes the town an apology.Mr Ramsay, 54, who was born in Johnstone, Renfrewshire, called the town a 's***hole' when a contestant referred to Falkirk as one of the 'five cities in Scotland'.He responded saying: "I was born in Scotland.
Falkirk is not a city."It's a s***hole, I swear to God."The 'foul-mouthed' chef's comments sparked outrage among furious locals.And the Provost of Falkirk, William Buchanan, has now written to Mr Ramsay demanding an apology.He has also contacted the BBC.
