in Bolton.A 25 year-old man has been arrested following the incident which saw a taser deployed and also left a delivery driver injured.Police were called to Brandforth Gardens in Westhoughton at 8.50am this morning (Monday) to "reports of a domestic incident involving a man with a knife" Greater Manchester Police (GMP) said.A delivery driver, a man in his thirties, had been assaulted at the scene, they added.Specialist officers were dispatched and a Taser was deployed before a man was detained.A male officer received serious facial injuries and was taken to hospital for treatment.The delivery driver suffered cuts to his face and damage to his vehicle and clothing.A 25-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of an aggravated public.
