The small aircraft soared directly above the town with the large sign trailing behind.Those out and about enjoying the sunshine would have been able to spot the sign - which read "You'll never walk alone, dad" - as it flew across the sky around 3pm this afternoon.It is not known who the sign was for, but many people were touched by the tribute.One resident said: "Saw a lovely message in the sky while out in my garden in Gallowhill."Another added: "I spotted it after leaving the shops.
