Phil Spector has died at the age of 81. He died of covid-related symptoms after being moved from his prison cell to a hospital four weeks ago, TMZ is reporting.
He was serving a 19-year sentence for the murder of Lana Clarkson. TMZ sources say he recovered well enough to go back to prison but then relapsed and was rushed back before dying on Saturday.Spector was best known for creating The Wall Of Sound technique and was behind classics including Righteous Brothers You Lost that Lovin' Feeling, "Unchained Melody" and the Ronnettes' Be My Baby.He was also linked to the Beatles, producing their final album Let It Be.Spector was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 1989.On February 3, 2003, actress Lana Clarkson was killed in.
