Peter Andre (born 27 February 1973) is an English-born Cypriot-Australian singer, songwriter, businessman, and television personality. He gained popularity as a singer, best known for his singles "Mysterious Girl" and "Flava".
He is also known for appearing on the third series of I'm a Celebrity...Get Me Out of Here!, and the thirteenth series of Strictly Come Dancing, in which he was partnered with Janette Manrara.
PETER Andre has revealed he was beaten by cruel bullies at school who called him racist names - and it still haunts him to this day.
The presenter, 47, recalled his childhood struggles in Australia during a phone chat with brother Danny in tonight's Life With The Andres, exclusively on The Sun's YouTube channel.
The brothers, who have Cypriot heritage, were targeted growing up with Peter explaining: "I was beaten quite a few times at a school.
We were called greasy wogs." Peter said those experiences still influence his grooming regime more than 30 years on as he can't wear his hair's natural curls as it brings back painful memories.
