Described as a “unique investment opportunity”, estate agents say the building could be turned into flats, a food hall or a restaurant. The Methodist church, which does not have a graveyard, closed in 2011. It still features an original pipe organ and church pews. It was reduced in price on January 5 and estate agents say they are expecting “lots of new enquiries”. Chris Robinson, director of Hills Residential, the company marketing the property, said: “We’ve had ideas from people wanting to turn it into flats, a
