Person fined on four separate occasions for hosting 'gatherings'

Bolton has been fined for a fourth time after repeatedly hosting 'large gatherings'. Police were called to a home in the Halliwell area at 2am on Sunday October 4 and issued the person living there with a Fixed Penalty Notice (FPN).It is the fourth time that cops have been called out to the property and the repeat offender now owes £800.

It's as simple as that.Over the course of the past weekend, 85 FPNs were issued. Eight of these were handed out at a birthday.
