Katie McCandless Thomas, of the Missing Pets, Perth and Kinross Facebook page – which had originally helped in the search when nine-year-old Jerry strayed from his Crieff home – was last week alerted by another organisation that had been called to a black and white cat looking a bit sorry for itself in the Sauchie area.
She said: “The cat appeared in good health, though so they put a paper collar on him, and they asked me if I could put out an appeal.
