TV’S Michelle Keegan manages to keep her slender figure — despite tucking into a takeaway every week. The star, 35, who found fame as barmaid Tina in Corrie, works out to avoid putting on weight, hubby Mark Wright revealed.

He said: “She loves a Chinese takeaway and a curry. We both have a very balanced life and we both work hard in the gym and stay healthy. “I try to be as healthy as I can and live a balanced life. “But at the weekend if you want to have a takeaway or eat some junk food do it because you need that balance in your life.” Michelle previously admitted she had no willpower when it comes to grub and loved to pig out on junk food.

She said: “I never feel guilty when I eat cheat because if I’ve been strict all week, I feel like I deserve it. “I only set myself a target to spend 45 minutes in the gym and then I’m done.” The former Our Girl star also told the Off Menu podcast, she breaks all the golden dieting rules and wakes up feeling bloated.

Michelle said: “I’m quite bad at snacking at night, so I am quite full from the night before, if I’m being honest.” Most read in The SunI'M A CELEBRATTY I’m A Celeb signs Strictly love rat Seann Walsh four years after scandalSTAY STRONG EastEnders' Samantha Womack shares heartbreaking cancer updatePOWER MOVE Households to be PAID to use appliances at off-peak hoursdark days Brits to face blackouts this winter - and power could be cut for 3 hours a day Mark, 35, who is fronting Flora’s Get Towns Active campaign, completed the London Marathon on Sunday in a time of 3hr 41m.
