A group of Pennsylvania bars and restaurants is taking legal action against Gov.Tom Wolf and Health Secretary Dr. Rachel Levine over new coronavirus rules that will prohibit indoor dining during the holiday season.

For one Bethlehem, Pa., restaurant owner, the coronavirus restrictions are hitting especially hard because they didn't quality for PPP loans or other aid amid the pandemic. Seven Sirens Brewing Co., which opened less than a month before COVID-19 came to the U.S., remains open, defying Gov.Tom Wolf’s ban on indoor dining to slow the spread of the coronavirus in the state.

Just before Pennsylvania temporarily closed indoor dining at restaurants across the state on Friday night, one waitress received a large tip. Cheri Lyons, a server and bartender at Greystone Public House in Harrisburg, Pa., was working Friday night when a group of customers left her a $500 tip.  "It just really touched my heart that people realize what we’re going through," Lyons told WHTM.  "They told me 'Merry Christmas, keep your head up,'"  she added.

Pennsylvania Gov.Tom Wolf has tested positive for coronavirus and is quarantining at home with his wife as she awaits results from a test of her own. “During a routine test yesterday, I tested positive for COVID-19,” the governor tweeted Wednesday.
