PADDY McGuinness broke down in tears as he revealed he had been diagnosed with clinical depression after struggling to come to terms with his children’s autism.
In heart-breaking scenes, which aired last night in in Paddy And Christine McGuinness: Our Family And Autism, the 48-year-old spoke candidly about his own struggles after previously refusing to talk about the situation.
Speaking on the BBC programme, he admitted he fears that twins, Leo and Penelope, eight, and five-year-old Felicity’s diagnosis may mean they never know how much he loves them.
He explained: “It chipped away at me, with all of the things you have to do, things you have to deal with as a parent of children with autism.
