Yungblud has announced that his new single ‘The Funeral’ will arrive later this week.The Doncaster artist – real name Dominic Harrison – teased the song on social media last Saturday (March 5) by telling fans that they were invited to his “funeral”.“And so it begins … RSVP,” Yungblud captioned the post, which included an image of a lyric notepad accompanied by a voice recording.Fans were directed to sign up to a mailing list for further information. Harrison also wiped his official social media accounts in preparation for his next era.Yungblud has now confirmed that he’ll release ‘The Funeral’ this coming Friday (March 11).

Morgan Wallen won Album Of The Year at last night’s Academy of Country Music Awards (March 7) a year after he was suspended by his record label for using a racial slur.Wallen sparked controversy back in February 2021 after footage of him yelling a racial slur outside his home in Nashville surfaced. HBO has responded to accusations made about the set of Euphoria, with several claiming the shoot was “hellish”.The network released a statement responding to allegations published in a report by The Daily Beast in February which described a “hellish” night shoot and refusals to use the bathroom.“The well-being of cast and crew on our productions is always a top priority,” HBO said in a statement obtained by Deadline, in response to allegations of SAG-AFTRA violations.“The production was in full compliance with all safety guidelines and guild protocols. It’s not uncommon for drama series to have complex shoots, and COVID protocols add an additional layer.“We maintain an open line of communication with all the guilds, including SAG-AFTRA. There were never any formal inquiries raised.”SAG-AFTRA has not yet responded to the allegations.
