A woman who lost an impressive 91 pounds and transformed her wardrobe from a size 20 to a size eight has shared what made the difference.

Amy Newall, who works as a care assistant for the NHS, has shaved a remarkable six and a half stone from her body weight. The 31-year-old says her confidence has improved and she has a much better outlook on life after taking up personal training classes with an advert she noticed on social media.

Amy revealed that for her, there is no super secret, just regular exercise and hard work. Amy says consistency is key and that she’s become so dedicated to attend the same classes that she takes two buses just to get there.
