Perth city centre building into a hotel and create over 70 jobs are set to get underway. Perth and Kinross Council has confirmed it has selected the Henley Homes Group as the preferred bidder for its former offices at 1-5 High Street.The group is proposing to transform it into a boutique hotel via its Rogue City Hotel Group (RCHG) brand. Tay Cities Deal unlikely to get signed off until autumn at the earliest The decision, while not binding either party to an agreement, will allow the council to start negotiations with the group.Creating a flagship hotel in the city centre has been a priority for the council for a number of years.
