However, he was told there would be no follow-up appointments for three months due to the coronavirus outbreak. After receiving no information about the scan results, and with no follow-up appointment booked, Rhobious’ health started to deteriorate.
His family said they asked to visit the hospital on a number of occasions but were told he could not attend as it was too dangerous for his health.
