Mrs Brown's Boys has again been central to the BBC's Christmas TV schedules - but the man who makes it happen is reportedly being sued by a former co-star.
Gary Hollywood, who used to feature in the sitcom, is taking action against the main man Brendan O’Carroll, reports The Daily Star.
It says the Irish comic, who plays Agnes Brown in the show, will face accusations of constructive dismissal and workplace discrimination.
Gary - who played Dino Doyle before leaving the series in the autumn - has also revealed that he is taking legal action against the BBC too as he feels he was not "paid equally" and vows that he "won't be treated like that. " Our sister title The Mirror has reached out to a rep for Brendan and the BBC for comment.
