Just weeks after former Mrs Brown’s Boys actor Gary Hollywood announced he was suing the BBC show for unfair dismissal, a second actor has now followed suit.
Damien McKiernan, who appeared on the comedy show to take over as Mrs Brown’s son Rory Brown, is allegedly also suing for unfair dismissal, bullying, and discrimination, according to the Daily Star.
This is the second recent instance in which Brendan O’Carroll, who stars as the iconic Mrs Brown, is facing legal action alongside the BBC.
According to the publication, Damien was apparently cut from the show back in October and was left stunned. A source told the Daily Star: ‘Damien has decided to take legal action.
