Mick Tingelhoff was a center with the Minnesota Vikings in the 1960s and ‘70s and a member of the Pro Football Hall of Fame.After playing college football at the University of Nebraska, Tingelhoff went undrafted in the 1962 NFL Draft, but he then signed with the Vikings as a free agent.
He played his entire 17 seasons in the NFL for the Vikings, going to four Super Bowls with the team. Tingelhoff was a six-time Pro Bowl selection and five-time first-team All-Pro.
The Vikings inducted him to their Ring of Honor in 2001, retiring his number 53, and he was inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 2015.
Tingelhoff is currently ranked third in NFL history for starting in consecutive games, with 240 consecutive starts. After his 1978.
