Meg Ryan Sets Return to Rom-Coms With 'What Happens Later'

Meg Ryan is making her return to rom-coms!The iconic leading lady is set to direct and star alongside David Duchovny in the upcoming film based on the play by Steven Dietz.

Dietz co-wrote the screenplay with Ryan and playwright and novelist Kirk Lynn.The rom-com — which will be Ryan's first since 2008 -- centers on exes Willa (Ryan) and Bill (Duchovny), who are reunited when they find themselves snowed in at an airport overnight.
