Martin Lewis issues warning of price hikes to BT and EE customers
manchestereveningnews.co.ukMoney saving expert Martin Lewis has issued a stark warning to customers of telecom companies BT and EE.On his Martin Lewis Money Show last night, Martin told people who get their TV, broadband or phone with the firms that their bills could increase from March next year.It comes as EE has become part of the BT Group, and means that changes to the company's terms and conditions will come into effect.Speaking on the ITV show, he said: "Two BT price hikes are on the way."The first applies to BT and it's mobile subsidiary EE."It's a terms and condition change, that means on the 21st March next year, the price will rise by January's inflation plus 3.9 percent."So a big above inflation rise is coming for mobile, landline, broadband, TV, BT Sport.
