The boss of Manchester Airport has slammed 'government inaction' for hurting the country's aviation industry. Charlie Cornish, CEO of Manchester Airports Group, says quarantine is leading to millions of cancelled holidays, damaging the economy and risking jobs.Last August, Manchester Airport recorded its busiest day in the hub's 82-year history as more than 115,000 people flew to or from one of 210 destinations.
