A man who told someone he matched with on Bumble that he stormed the U.S. Capitol in January was just arrested by the FBI on Thursday (April 22), CBS News reported on Friday (April 23). Robert Chapman of Carmel, New York matched with someone on the dating app and said “I did storm the Capitol.” The individual who he matched with then contacted the FBI on January 13, roughly a week after the violent takeover of the Capitol building by Trump supporters, according to the court documents.
