hereO’Connor, 59, was yesterday handed an eight month prison sentence after pleading guilty to unlawful wounding.But a judge said the prison term could be suspended for 18 months because of the defendant’s catalogue of medical conditions.Manchester Crown Square Crown Court heard how the victim had “insinuated himself” into O’Connor’s home “much against his wishes”.The two men began living together at O’Connor’s home on Ennismore Avenue, in Salford, in April 2018.The victim, 35, had said their relationship was good but there was some argument because he paid the rent, did the shopping and cooked the food.The defendant gave a different account, the court heard.Prosecutor John Savage said things came to a head on August 24, 2018, when O’Connor.
