Man 'lost his temper' and threw milkshake at Northern Rail worker when his card declined

Liverpool, was asked to leave the train he was travelling on to Warrington at Halewood station after his card got declined, the court heard.

But he "responded aggressively" by pushing the ticket collector causing him to knock into some seats, the Liverpool Echo reports.Mark Teare, prosecuting, told the court that the unruly train passenger then made his way to Northern Rail employee Keith Latham and threw the remainder of a milkshake over him.As he did so he mocked "Haha, you have to go home now".Mr Latham locked himself in another part of the train and Mansfield left the train and banged on the window while spitting.He said: "Haha, I don't have to go to court, you have to go home."Mansfield admitted the offences but said he didn't know why.
