Manchester City are looking at ways to improve the matchday experience for fans that will be unable to watch games live. The club have already started the process of refunding anybody that had paid for a game at the Etihad this season that has not been held, signalling the expectation that matches will have to be held behind closed doors for at least the remainder of the 2019/20 campaign.
