Police were called to a 'public order incident' at a home in Bardon Close, Halliwell, Bolton, at around 1pm on Saturday (July 31).
Asim Kauser, 35, of Bardon Close, was later charged with breach of bail. READ MORE: Man found unresponsive in cemetery suffered 'drug toxicity and hypothermia', inquest hears During a hearing today (August 2) Wigan Magistrates' Court heard that Kauser was on bail after being charged with assault.
