In Machine Gun Kelly‘s message, he actually included what appeared to be a drop of his girlfriend’s blood in a vial that he wears around his neck.
It’s not confirmed if the vial does contain blood, but the comments from fans certainly suggest this could be the case! “i wear your blood around my neck,” MGK, whose real name is Colson Baker, captioned the series of photos.
