LOVE Island's Molly-Mae Hague faced a terrifying cancer scare as she revealed her scar from her secret surgery to remove a mole.

Yesterday the star, 21, said she wanted to raise awareness for "something important" in a video on Instagram. Molly revealed on Monday that she was having surgery to have a mole removed after consulting multiple doctors on it.

In a picture, the Love Island star showed the scar on her calf, with a mini photo displaying a large mole. She captioned the pic: "So this is what I've been up to today... "Some of you might remember me talking abut the mole that was here a few wees ago on my story.
