LOVE Island star Molly-Mae Hague says she broke down in tears after getting the devastating news her mole was cancerous. Speaking in a new YouTube video, the heartbroken 21-year-old said she burst into tears and told her family the news as soon as she heard.

She filmed the moment a doctor told her that the mole was "malignant" while on a trip to Venice. She said: "I’ve already shed tears about it.

I’ve already like cried down the phone to every and every single family member." Molly explained the the mole has been sent to be examined by experts in America and she will receive the results in three weeks.
