Love Island fans react to Paige calling Dami her 'bestie': 'Huge red flag'

Monday 18 July’s episode of Love Island saw chaos hit the villa, with the much-loved Snog, Marry, Pie challenge.The challenge saw the women choosing one man to snog, one to marry, and one to pie.

When it was Paige Thorne’s turn to pick, she snogged Adam Collard, whom she is currently coupled up with, and chose to marry Dami Hope, whom she referred to as her “bestie.” Paige then pied Luca Bish, whom many of the other girls had also chosen to throw their pies at.

Showing Paige getting on one knee for Dami, the camera panned to Indiyah Polack, with whom Dami is currently coupled up. Indiyah appeared less than pleased with Paige’s decision and fans flocked to Twitter to share their thoughts on the exchange.

One fan Tweeted: “Indiyah now is the time to shine your eye on Dami and Paige’s friendship…” Other fans have also chimed in with their opinions on the pair’s friendship, with many suggesting it’s something of a “red flag.” One person wrote: “IDC what you say Dami & Paige’s relationship is a HUGE red flag.” “Paige and Dami friendship is proper red flags by the way, if you think that’s a friendship then ok,” added another.
