Mocha Parade, which has been described as 'one of the biggest eyesores in Salford', will be knocked down to make way for a new Lidl store in Broughton.
A new health centre accommodating two GP practices is also due to be built on the site off Lower Broughton Road and Great Clowes Street by next year.
