Led Zeppelin have won a fresh victory in the long-running lawsuit against the band, brought forth by the estate of former Spirit guitarist Randy California.

In a lawsuit originally filed in 2014, Michael Skidmore—a trustee for California’s estate—claimed that Led Zeppelin’s classic 1971 song “Stairway to Heaven” violated the copyright of the 1968 Spirit song “Taurus.” Now, a judge has ruled that Zeppelin did not commit copyright infringement, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
