A Lanarkshire charity helped the Boys' Brigade's efforts to encourage members of the autistic community to join the organisation.HOPE for Autism linked up with the Airdrie, Coatbridge and District Battalion for a special officers' conference.Team members at the charity, which is based in Airdrie and supports autistic people and their families, were encouraged by the BBs' Lanarkshire District Fellowship (LDF) vice-chair Derek Craig to attend the event at New College Lanarkshire's Coatbridge campus.The Lanarkshire Live app is available to download now.
