As Kanye West's hectic presidential run continues to legitimize, appearing on ballots in a number of states, public questioning of his intentions are heating up.
Earlier this week, Vice magazine published an article claiming the Republican Party helped the rapper submit the required signatures to appear on the ballot in the swing state of Wisconsin.
In a new interview with Forbes' Randall Lane via text on Thursday (Aug. 6), West avoided a question on whether he feels he's being used, but discussed his political goals, revealing that he's "walking...to win." When Lane pointed out that he would not appear on enough ballots to win 270 electoral votes, and subsequently the presidency, West replied, “I’m not going to argue with you.
